What are Live Sales?
Live Sales are live streams that happen on Instagram or TikTok. I am able to source and curate beautiful crystals and sell them on Live Sales. These crystals are typically the newest to my shop and give customers a chance to see the crystals more clearly. Live sales are also a great opportunity to meet me and fellow crystal lovers!
When are these Live Sales?
Typically we have live streams at least once a week on TikTok or Instagram. Our username on both social medias is @AzulGemsLLC. I will post videos the days leading up to and the day of the live sale showcasing some of the new crystals that will be on the table that week. You can also check our profile that will show a link of our next live event that you can also register to be reminded for.
How do I buy from Live Sales?
During the live sale I will show all products one by one with an explanation of what they are and the price. The sticker is the price and will have an identifier like "A", for example "10A". To purchase you will comment "Claim 10A", which will tell me that you are purchasing that crystal for $10. The first comment on my screen with the correct price and identifier will get the item. Please remember that claiming is a commitment to pay. There are no putbacks. All first time live sale customers will be asked to complete a $10 non-refundable live sale deposit that will go towards your purchase total and can be done on the main page of our website titled "Live Sale Deposit"
How do I pay for my Live Sale items?
After the live sale I will upload invoices to my website under the tab "Live Sale Baskets". Invoices will be listed under your TikTok or Instagram username such as "Live Sale @azulgemsllc". All invoices are itemized so you can see a description of your items and their prices. You will add your invoice to cart and checkout normally.
What is an Open Basket?
Free shipping for our shop is over $200 USD. Many customers prefer to save on shipping costs by combining multiple orders to reach the free shipping threshold. This means that our shop will hold your purchased crystals until customers have reached over $200 and inform us they are ready to close their basket and have them shipped. By using the promo code AZULOPEN at checkout, this takes off shipping cost and tells us to hold your crystals until you have reached over $200 and ask us to ship. Once a customer has reached free shipping from multiple orders they can message our shop directly to ship or leave a note in their last order to close their open basket. If a customer would like their items shipped but has not yet reached the $200 minimum then a separate invoice will be made for shipping cost.
